PAVE – Partnering for Adding Value in the Health Ecosystem
We are very glad that PAVE – Partnering for Adding Value in the Health Ecosystem project, an initiative of NOVARTIS (Hellas) that was performed by HealThink, will be deployed in the context of public dialogue concerning the digital transformation of health in Greece.
The utilization of health data is of fundamental importance in the context of healthcare provision (primary use) and more generally for the benefit of society, such as, but not limited to, supporting research and innovation, health technology assessment, policy making, patient safety, personalised medicine, export of official statistics and planning of regulatory actions (secondary use).
That is why it is essential to develop and implement a comprehensive, detailed, realistic and widely accepted framework for the utilization of health data, customized to the needs and capabilities of the country and that is what HealThink suggests through the framework of PAVE.
