Official Presentation of PAVE project!
We are very happy to announce that the first official presentation of the project PAVE – Partnering for Adding Value in the Health Ecosystem, an initiative of NOVARTIS (Hellas) performed by HealThink, took place yesterday in the 6th Health Transformation Conference in Athens.
HealThink successfully completed the PAVE project and suggests an objective, widely accepted, concrete framework, and a 4-years roadmap, which supports the better planning and coordination of the digital transformation of the healthcare system in Greece.
Dena Nikolaidis, Head Patient Access & Health Policy of NOVARTIS (Hellas) opened the discussion and presented the project PAVE.
The round table was moderated by Panos Stafylas, Scientific Director of HealThink, and the speakers, Dimitrios G. Katehakis (ICS-FORTH, Hellenic Digital Health Cluster (HDHC)) and Elena Stafyla (Legal & Corporate Affairs Director of HealThink) presented the results of PAVE project.
The project gained the interest of the attendees of the conference (representatives of the pharmaceutical industry and public and private bodies), who recognized the value of its results and declared their support for its exploitation by the official competent bodies.
The PAVE Framework addresses the weaknesses and threats in the exploitation of health data in Greece, while exploiting the strengths of the Greek environment and the opportunities presented in it.
The PAVE Roadmap has integrated all the necessary elements so that it can be used as a coherent basis for the development of an action plan, including specific timelines and objectives for the further maturation of the Greek environment and the development of the conditions for the creation of Real World Evidence (RWE) through the utilization of Real World Data (RWD).
